Non-Digital Products/Physical Products
**1. Made-to-Order Process:**
All our products are made to order specifically for each customer. As a result, once production has started, cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accommodated. With the nature of made to order products, we also cannot offer returns or exchanges due to customer mistakes when ordering. Please be sure to check item descriptions before making any purchases and be mindful when choosing sizes and colors.
